About This Role

We're hiring a Russian-speaking real estate agent who either has fresh experience or at least 1+ year in the Dubai market. If you're new, you must learn fast. If you're experienced, you should already understand how the Dubai property cycle works.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✓Daily client meetings, viewings, and negotiations with Russian-speaking buyers
  • ✓Managing listings, following up properly, and closing deals
  • ✓Learning developer projects, communities, and pricing trends
  • ✓Handling both off-plan and secondary market requirements

Requirements

  • •Native/fluent Russian
  • •Fresh or 1+ year of Dubai real estate experience
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • •RERA certificate (or willingness to get it immediately)
  • •Serious work ethics
