نحن نوظف وكيل عقارات ذو خبرة مثبتة في سوق العقارات الإماراتي. نبحث عن مرشحين يمتلكون خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة وصفقات مغلقة فعلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • ✓Handle client inquiries and provide accurate property advice
  • ✓Present, promote, and sell properties to buyers and investors
  • ✓Maintain strong knowledge of developers, projects, and market updates
  • ✓Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
  • ✓Achieve monthly targets and maintain a high closing ratio

المتطلبات

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in the UAE Real Estate market
  • •Must be fluent in English to communicate professionally with clients
  • •Experience in Off-Plan or Ready-to-Move properties (both is a plus)
  • •Must have closed deals before
  • •Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of Dubai real estate trends
  • •Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
