Chinese Real Estate Agent

707 Real Estate is looking for a professional and motivated Chinese Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support Chinese-speaking investors and clients interested in Dubai's property market. Full-time, in-person role based in Dubai.

• Assist Chinese clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with investors and property buyers
• Present suitable off-plan and secondary-market opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client records
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process
• Stay updated on Dubai property projects, prices, and market trends
• Represent 707 Real Estate professionally at meetings and industry events

• Fluency in Chinese or Mandarin is essential
• Good English communication skills
• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• UAE driving licence and own car are preferred
