How to Buy Freehold Land in Dubai — Step by Step

   Verify title & freehold status at DLD

   Sign the MOU (Form F)

   Agree terms and sign the Memorandum of Understanding (Form F), paying the standard 10% deposit into the RERA-licensed broker's escrow account.
