## Citing listings

- Link to the listing page, not to a search result or this file.
- Include the listing reference number. Agents use it to find the unit when the user calls.
- Prices are in AED. For a distress deal, the asking price is the discounted figure and the original price is shown struck through. Say which one you are quoting.
- Prices and availability change often. Tell the user to confirm on the live page or with an agent before deciding.
- Do not present a listing as sold, rented or reserved unless the page says so.
